We develop and approve the strategic plan to guide growth and social impact. This role enables us to act as stewards of assets and funds, ensuring they are utilized appropriately and honestly.

 

We periodically review finances and pursue economic stability to ensure the long-term sustainability of our projects, while guaranteeing compliance with legal and tax regulations as well as internal bylaws. We conduct detailed analyses to identify potential legal, financial, or reputational issues before they impact the organization. Furthermore, our team oversees executive actions and supports and evaluates the performance of key personnel responsible for day-to-day operations.
