"Our commitment to senior citizens and individuals with disabilities has deeply evolved. In 2024, we launched a specialized home-delivery initiative to meet the immediate needs of hundreds of vulnerable individuals who face severe mobility challenges and are unable to travel to our facilities to collect food. Since its launch, hundreds of families have benefited from this lifeline, with essential nutrition delivered directly to care homes and private residences.
To maximize this regional impact, we have officially partnered with Amazon Flex. This strategic collaboration strengthens our logistics network, allowing us to expand our reach, optimize delivery times, and bring vital relief, dignity, and care directly to hundreds of additional households across our communities."

"The Pan y Leche Program (PLP) is a vital pillar of the social stabilization, humanitarian relief, and public health infrastructure in Los Angeles. This initiative is 100% focused on mitigating extreme food insecurity, eradicating malnutrition, and restoring a fundamental sense of human dignity among vulnerable children, seniors, unhoused individuals, low-income families, and multicultural minorities.
Driven by the absolute conviction that health is just as essential as food, the PLP operates in complete interdependency with our wider initiatives. Our mission is powered by a massive citywide coalition, merging the supply chains of the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Hollywood Food Coalition, and Food For Health. To bring holistic healing directly to the street level, we partner with QueensCare Health Centers to integrate free clinical nursing services and specialized wellness training directly into our operations [1.8].
Backed by the strategic financing and validation of Council District 13 (Hugo Soto-Martínez), L.A. Más, the Rainbow Sandals Foundation, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), this program transforms immediate crisis relief into a lasting bridge toward public services, medical navigation, and housing placement. Exercising unconditional love and respect for vulnerable humanity is what makes our agency more efficient and prosperous every day. Between 2025 and 2026, our unified system successfully distributed 175,426 pounds of essential food and transformed the lives of 37,296 unique individuals."
