By fostering egalitarian, multi-ethnic societies, we can ensure that social justice and women's independence are prioritized within family, social, and professional structures. When women are empowered to take on real leadership roles, our communities thrive. Conversely, without this empowerment, progress is hindered.

Hope For Older people
Our commitment to the elderly and people with disabilities has evolved; in 2024, we launched an initiative to meet the needs of hundreds of individuals within these groups who are unable to travel to our facilities to collect food. Since then, hundreds of people have benefited from the program, as food is now delivered directly to care homes and private residences.
In 2026, we will partner with Amazon Flex, a program that will help us strengthen this home delivery initiative bringing benefits to hundreds more people.

PAN Y LECHE PROGRAM
Our Pan y Lech Program (PLP) is essential for underserved communities in Los Angeles, as it ensures immediate access to basic nutrition, prevents serious health crises, and serves as a pathway to social stability.
This initiative is vital for individuals experiencing homelessness or living in extreme poverty; the daily search for food consumes most of their time and energy, so our program helps alleviate a critical burden.
We know that people experiencing homelessness suffer from high rates of chronic illnesses (such as diabetes and hypertension). Our (PLP) food program provides essential staples including eggs, milk, bread, fruits, and vegetables that strengthen the immune system and prevent severe malnutrition.
By offering a safe, free food program, we drastically reduce the need for individuals to resort to desperate or illegal activities to obtain food. Our program does more than simply provide food; it serves as a first point of contact, connecting individuals with existing public services, medical care, and referrals to housing or rehabilitation programs.
The uncertainty of not knowing when the next meal will come causes constant psychological trauma a central issue in our mission. Knowing they can come to our facilities a safe place to get food reduces anxiety and restores a fundamental sense of human dignity.
Between 2025 and 2026, our program distributed 175,426 pounds of food.
